This is the Catamaran/Cruiser/Camper I designed and built in 1995. It's a more energy efficient alternative to the heavy cabin cruiser. It has lots of space and the hulls slide out before launch for a catamaran ride. The handy side decks provide convenient boarding and are a great place to swim, fish or just catch some rays! this is one heck of a nice boat. the hull is thicker than expected, and the finish on it is excellent the brushless motor supplied in the cat isnt all that fast, but it has plenty of torque and seems to run quite smoothly. i would call it sufficient, no more, no less. it ran cool. the stuffing box did however let in a fair amount of water, so needs extra grease around the nylon tube / insulator the stock esc was total junk, no reverse or programming features. not linear at all, was almost in steps. wouldnt trust it an inch. this boat is begging to be run on 6s, which i will try hopefully next week. this video is on 4s. this hull is a well known hull, from head of the river.
